Not happy about tickets being standing room only and I am disabled and tried to make a change after receiving confirmation and seeing tickets with standing room only and was told that was not possible.
I have tried to cancel my order. I even had my credit card company dispute these extraordinarily overpriced prices. They approved my dispute and refunded my money. Tickets on sale immediately charged my card for the 2nd time and I don't know how to stop them from doing this. I bought my tickets from the local venue instead. How do I get Tickets on sale to stop recharging me for tickets that I never received or confirmed that I had received.
So far so good. I have not received actual tickets yet and I did just get an email asking me if I received a confirmation email yet, which comes off a little questionable.
It was fine. I had no problems, but this part of it annoys me. Why do I have to leave a review to confirm an email? But other than that, it's works great no problem.

The website was confusing. I did not see all the information that I needed prior to purchasing the tickets. I did not know that I was purchasing tickets from a third party. The advertised tickets were $85 a piece for 3 tickets and after I clicked submit I found out I was charged $365 dollars for the 3 tickets. Then I received a number of confusing emails. Would not recommend.
