Looked at other sites and this had the lowest rate. The annoying part of it is they make you do this survey: review before you get your tickets. This should not be mandatory
I clicked on this site thinking it was the concert venue's site. This is clearly their intent. I ended up paying twice as much as I would have paid buying directly from the venue. When I realized my mistake within 24 hours, they were unwilling to fix it. Today I got my tickets electronically delivered and the email indicates that the person who gave them to me can take them back at any time, which leaves me less than confident that I will have my tickets on the concert day. Buyer beware!
Tickets on Sale came through and I was able to pick some great seats for a long awaited adventure.

I placed my order some time ago, and have still not received them.
Went to Mirvish Theatre by Uber. Door ticket taker could not read bar code on your tickets which you had sent to me and I had downloaded to my phone. Then went to Box office. No luck there as again Bar code wont work and they tell me someone else has purchased these tickers and did I have another person's name to give them. No as I purchased the tickets. Took an Uber home, called your number, told them problem - no answer to problem they actually said maybe go another night! The tickets were expensive. Back to theater in Uber, Got different door person to go and see if the seats which I had on my phone were empty - they were and they were persuaded to let me and my husband in - WE MISSED ONE FULL HOUR AND FIFETEEN MINUTES OF THE SHOW>Needless to say, we will never book with your service again!

Did not realize this was a third party sale. I paid double the face price because of that. Your site said there weren't many seats left available and the only ones that had been sold at the time were presale. Very disappointing
