I thought I was ordering directly from Ticketmaster. It was my mistake, but I didn't know there was an option to purchase tickets through another website and not an actual Ticketmaster website. The google search brought up Ticketmaster, however TicketsOnSale was in fine print underneath it. The price was not only $20. Higher it was also in USD funds. When it appeared on my Mastercard the next day the total came to $630. If I'd purchased them from an actual Ticketmaster website it would have cost only $358. It was too late to cancel by that time. I contacted Ticketmaster, but they couldn't help me. Not impressed! I'll definitely read things more carefully next time. I will never order from TicketsOnSale again, even if I was desperate.
I live in Canada just east of Montreal and can buy tickets through Ticketmaster directly. Somehow ended up on Ticketsonsale site when searching for Ticketmaster and ended paying more than twice the face value of my tickets with no option to cancel. Not happy.
After transaction was completed could recognize how you went to ticket master, purchased the table I requested, turned around and charged me almost tripled the cost I would have paid ticket master.

I purchased 2 tickets for an event that totaled $196.00 The fee you charged that was not listed anywhere and did not appear until after I paid was $63.50 That is unacceptable, and way overpriced.I will not use your service in the future.
