The only thing I will say that IS good is it is user friendly. What I am made about is there wasn't an option (I was aware of the other option) I bought tickets online. $40 per ticket for 1 day! When I checked out $113 LATER! How is it that there is THAT many fees? This was to see my own nephew to compete for state. There should've been some sort of notice that I had the option to buy at the door for WAY less, $20 tickets. It's just such a rip off without giving the consumer the full information. Also, if you don't get a parking pass WHEN you buy your ticket. You won't be able to park. Apparently, you can't pay to park day of either. You NEED to "RESERVE" a spot. That was not made clear on your site either. It's is just so frustrating on a single mom income where I am trying to stretch my dollar in this ALREADY inflated economy. You need to do better.

When I purchased tickets for a concert in Toronto, I was not aware that the ticket prices were listed in US dollars (USD) rather than Canadian dollars (CAD). This was not clearly indicated, and as a result, I was charged more than expected. The lack of transparency regarding the currency made my purchasing experience frustrating and misleading.
Additionally, I was surprised to learn that your website does not offer a refund policy for tickets. This lack of flexibility is concerning, as I believe customers should have the option to cancel or return tickets in certain situations.

My experience was great. Employee was very nice & understanding.
Ticket transfer hastened within minutes and added to my Ticketmaster account.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
