I purchased 3 last minute tickets to a sporting event from my phone. Maybe I missed it, but the additional fees and taxes were absolutely astronomical... and communicated to me after checkout. I probably wouldn't have gone thru with this sale had I known about these fees. That said, the tickets were great and delivered quickly to my inbox.

Your service is a SCAM... You charge a price that's 4 times what other places charge. I ordered tickets and not less then 5 hours later, the priced dropped 60 per ticket, AND the service fee dropped in half...
I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN.
After I made the purchase I got a confirmation email of the purchase and that the tickets would come to my email by the day of the event...you have to be very diligent at watching email.I almost deleted the email a week later that had my ticket link

Do not understand why extra protection is required when we are paying 50% of the ticket price for services.

Frustrating keep going around and around to get my tickets.
Was easy to navigate. Found seats at our price but lots of options for other seats. Purchase was simple. Only thing I don't like is having to fill out this survey to confirm I got my notification. A yes with no bs would be nice.
