Easy purchase to unrecognized seller. Didn't know this was happening.
I bought a $35 parking pass. I was charged $58. Tax was listed as $4, but no other fees were itemized before or after purchase. I emailed customer service for help and no one responded.

The selection process was simple enough and found good seats. Price for each seat was listed at $129.00. I purchased 2 tickets and was a bit surprised when the total cost came to $350. Having been to the Alabama theater and purchasing best seats available, I don't remember how much the tickets were but I am pretty sure I paid less for 4 tickets.

The seat selection was difficult to use, having to select "view these " on a pop up then scroll a list off to the opposite side feels disconnected.
Every other website delivers your tickets instantly and this one says they will be delivered electronically before the date of the con set but no other timeline than that. It's very confusing and I probably won't use it again.

The tickets were ordered more than 2 months out, and my email confirmation said I should have them by a day before the show. I'm still hoping this is legit, but they took my $$ almost instantly and I have to wait 8 weeks to see my digital ticket. Doesn't seem normal. I'll update this when I get my tickets
