I received a very quick response/confirmation of my purchase, however with the confirmation I would have expected my tickets. Instead, the confirmation said I would receive my tickets by March 21st, the day before the concert. That concerns me a bit.

Easy to order, though I wish I had realized the tickets were priced in USD (even though the show is in Canada.) With the exchange rate, taxes, and the"delivery fees" to send an email ticket, the price went up from 21 to almost 50 per seat.
Effortless to order, receive and download the tickets. The was a great process considering I only ordered the tickets the day before the show.

I used this website thinking it was Ticketmaster, but it's some reseller website that jacks up the prices on crappy tickets you could get for way less going through the vendor. They also charged me in USD without telling me and the tickets ended up being almost $200 more expensive. And I won't even get the tickets until the day before the event. Don't use this site!

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
