This is only the second time that I got on the system in order to buy tickets and it took me a while to master it, but it seemed to be pretty good.

I think it could be easier if the tickets were just emailed and I wasn't forced to give a review of at least a certain number of letters. In comparison to vendors like Ticketmaster, TicketsOnSale feels unreliable. There is no app to download & there is no way (that I can find) to create a login to the online site.
The email notifications are okay but not super informative.
Can't tell where the seats are at, and the timing out is to fast on the purchase process.

I would like the customer service number! I do not see it anywhere on the confirmation! It shouldn't be so difficult to obtain something I've paid for!
