Alright I thought I was buying ticket's directly from the arena but thats not how it went but I purchased them and within a few hours it was confirmed and I have the tickets

When you ask if I have rec'd my confirmation email - clarify what you mean. The confirmation of the sale and an order number or the actual tix. Not sure how the process evolves. Ty
The first time I tried to complete the order my bank questioned whether there was fraud, but eventually got that okayed.
I had to register to the site to get my tickets once the order was confirmed. I used my email address agin and got there fine.

Why do I have to wait a month for delivery? I bought the tickets, you confirmed payment and ask me if I received confirmation but don't deliver the tickets for another month.
