Mostly fine. Slightly confusing interface if you haven't used the service before
It was fine, didn't realize it was a secondary seller and the tickets were in USD. That is on me. Tickets were way more then I could have got them at the box office for. I wanted to cancel them as the person I was buying them for as a gift couldn't use them but they were not able to do anything to refund my money.
We were able to save a lot of money and got tickets right behind homeplate! They were transferred to me very quickly!

Too difficult for me to get just two tickets without having to open an account, with password which my wife must have gotten tickets from you but she passed away years ago and I had no clue what the password was. I fact the email showing the time and seat numbers came up with her name even though I changed it to mine on the profile. I just hope I don't have problems when there asking for ID the day of the show. I just wanted to order tickets and pay for them.Next time I will go straight to the theater ticket office.
