I was linked to your site through an online link to buy tickets. Not realizing that you are a third party broker. Tickets ended up being $100 each (after taxes, fees, more fees, mark ups, etc. etc. Etc.) Only to then go - after the fact - to the actual venue's website to realize that they still had plenty of tickets, at face value, for $30 each. Really? But wait - there's more! "No refunds, no returns, no exchanges, no buyer's remorse." But if I want to try to resell my already overpriced tickets on your overpriced website, I can try that! Wow...capitalism at its worst. #Never again

I knew it was a reseller site but the tickets were a great price. Once I was at checkout there was extra to pay which didn't surprise me but it was at least $100 more after taxes.
Despite the fact that you get an email stating that your tickets won't be ready until like the day of or two days before the concert. It's hard to tell if it's actually confirmed that your tickets are purchased. And the app is very hard to work with and you also need the app for your tickets instead of just sending the tickets via email.

I think at 30% service charge is a total ripoff but what are you supposed to do. I'd be nice to include that in the upfront price per ticket. But I doubt that will happen.
