At first I thought I got scammed but I got my tickets. They made it VERY easy for me to get the tickets I wanted and the website is extremely easy to navigate!
I get a promise (?) to get the same (or "similar") section for a performance I'm flying in to see. Or my money back. Wont' know 'til the night before. WTF!? Also, big fee add on at checkout.
The thought of having to do my ticket on line is not my cup of tea. I have not been able to print them on my phone. I don't like this and would rather pick them up.

I would still like to have total confirmation that tickets are valid and a guarantee they have been purchased legally and this is not a scam. I would feel more comfortable if I had 100% proof with the barcode to guarantee my entry to the concert
I am a bit skeptical because I will not an email or any communication from the seller until July. Waiting has been some anxiety because if for some reason I don't receive the ticket with the barcode the cost of a ticket will be extremely expensive. Buying them 2 days before them event is also unsettling because they could be sold out. I would really appreciate having the mobile ticket in advance to ease my mind that I have a securely purchased my ticket to attend the artist's performance. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see a monumental performer. In the past, I have received the ticket immediately after the confirmation of purchasing the ticket. The transaction is locked in and they would be completely available and easily accessible for my entry. Also I could save them on my phone with total confidence ready for my admission..
