I don't need several emails confirming, then telling me my tickets are processing, then offering me places to stay, then asking if I got my confirmation. Honestly, I just want to receive the tickets I purchased - which I have not received yet - and not be asked all the time how my experience went!

I used PayPal for convenience, and if you are familiar with the typical process, you know that it shows the price of the item and then redirects you back to the site of purchase where it populates your information (billing/shipping address) and then usually adds on the shipping/ fees, and you finish accepting/ completing the transaction. Well, it did not do this, and I ended up confirming what I thought to be a $53 GA ticket and was charged $78 instead due to added on taxes/fees which were not originally disclosed on the first page where it only showed the ticket amount (which was around the same cost as other ticket sites ~$50 after tax/fee).
After dealing with useless automated systems, I finally spoke to customer service where she started friendly but then proceeded to talk over me and tell me that there was no way to reverse the transaction, even after explaining I would've NEVER accepted to pay that much for a GA ticket that was still available on other sites without those ridiculous fees attached. I also had to verbally request an itemized receipt that was "coincidentally" NOT provided at the time of purchase.
Needless to say, I ate $30 in just fees and DID NOT need to...Do your research, read reviews, and be aware of secondhand sellers. Very doubtful but this could've been a fluke experience but honestly felt kind of scammed after this incident.

When I purchased the ticket I was shown a wrong price that then changed on the final checkout page and was much more expensive. I didn't realize before continuing. When I reached out to them to cancel the order, they were unwilling to help.
The fees, especially your $6.95 "delivery fee," are outrageous. I will do everything in my power to avoid buying tickets through you in the future.
