On my phone, I ordered 2 tickets, jumped thru all the hoops, did not "refresh," but the app kicked me off as my "cart has expired"! I'll tell my friends that TOS is a POS! You stink, POS!

Too many emails

I don't need several emails confirming, then telling me my tickets are processing, then offering me places to stay, then asking if I got my confirmation. Honestly, I just want to receive the tickets I purchased - which I have not received yet - and not be asked all the time how my experience went!
