I was only a little confused at the end after I purchased the tickets and I still had a timer at the top saying I had so long to purchase my tickets so I called to confirm my purchase with little to no issue. Just awaiting my email with the tickets for my show in October!

It was easy to find the event, see the seats and purchase the tickets.
Tickets arrived via email but tried downloading app and it assigned me a different number than what was provided in the email version so I couldn't via my tickets in the app.
Getting the tickets was easy and uncomplicated which is a very good thing to experience.
Buyer beware you may not get your overpriced ticket. If you are unfamiliar with this website go to the event location and buy direct and save yourself money.
