I do not like how I googled to get directly to the factory, but it took me to your site. I didn't realize it until after I made the purchase that you are a resale ticket hub. I tried to cancel and get refund, but your policies would not allow it. Live and learn I guess! Ridiculous fees too. I update my review once the concert experience has commenced.
