We wanted a detailed for our purchase and it was difficult we never got one. Not easy for people to check in on their phone when they are seniors. Not a good experience. It would be nice to have the option.

I am not sure why there has to be such a delay for receiving emailed tickets to a concert. My emails states I will receive my purchased tickets only 5 days before the event when I purchased them several months ahead of time. There isn't a need for delaying an email and its not something I want to wait to deal with if there are any problems. I hope this isn't a scam. Buyer beware because I am probably not going to purchase again through this company.
