It made it very simple to buy tickets. I will recommend this site to all of my friends.
Before I knew it, I was paying almost $300 for two tickets. There are all these fees and extra purchase things. I thought I was purchasing it from the venue and before I know it I'm purchasing it from your company with a whole bunch of extra added expenses so no I wasn't very happy.
Simple transaction - taxes and fees were a little high, but nothing new these days
Process is easy as most but not fees revealed before checkout. $40 per ticket extra for $125 tickets is absorbant and greedy in my opinion

Ive had absolutely no issues with tickets on sale and we attend several events per year... customer service has always been able to assist with any questions i have had... you do get a confirmation email about your tickets but i always tend to get nervous when the tickets arent sent right away

I mistakenly ordered show tickets from a resale site—because I guess if you pay Google enough they list your site first on their search engine. I philosophically oppose resale sites, that said, I did not have any issues with TicketsonSale.

I felt like the experience overall was straightforward however there was too many adds thrown at my face, and too many clicking and navigating around to complete the purchase. Also more detailed seating maps would be preferable.
