Daily I'm getting an email from you guys, asking me to confirm I got my tickets - I have, and I have clicked yes many times, and yet I keep getting daily emails. Basically, back off, don't flood my inbox, yes, I'm good, it was easy ordering tickets, thank you, now leave me be :).
Absolutely horrible experience. Bought $90 tickets with a $60 fee for their purchase!
Tried to cancel the purchase when I found this outrageous price added onto the tickets. Completely unsuccessful. I will. NEVER FOR VICTIM TO THIS SCAM AGAIN.

Overall my experience was good. I was a little confused when I received the confirmation email, instructing me to "click this link" to accept my tickets. I did so and was taken to a page with a bar code that had a purple scan line going back and forth across it. I hadn't been asked to log in or to create an account and I just wasn't sure that I'd done all that I had to do to accept the tickets.

This site was easy to use and gave adequate time to finish. I could not see exactly where my seats were just the area. Even still, the concert was nearly sold out. Hoping there is not a bad seat in the house. It's a venue I've never been to yet. All in all, I like the site.
