Two emails telling me that I was confirmed and that I could get another email (the third) telling me more. I just confirmed on the third email that I got a confirmation and was directed to a satisfaction survey. Really, can't imagine the team thinking this made sense

Very simple and easy to purchase tickets through! I head about Social Distortion in the radio and immediately went online to buy tickets in fear they sold out. It diverted me to this website and couldn't have been easier to go through, purchase the tickets and get the confirmation email.

Website does not make it clear that you won't get assigned seats or tickets when payment is submitted. Tickets with seats TBD won't be sent until a week before concert. I must travel from home in Ohio to FL for concert and need tickets delivered NLT 2 days prior to concert to allow for travel. I will be forced to start working the phone get the tickets moving two weeks prior to show. What could possibly go wrong? Why don't they release seats to buyer at ticket purchase like a reputable ticket vendor?
