Finally was able to access the tickets but missed part of the game Due to.not receiving access until right at game time Then you charge a $29 fee. Will never use your service again and tell everyone I know and on social media what a terrible.place to do business with. Also your customer service reps are next to impossible to understand. My friend and I both couldn't understand what they were saying due to terrible foreign accent For all the trouble the service fee should have been refunded.
