I received the tickets sooner than expected versus when the email said I would get them.

Numerous instances of timer expiring before your system accepted my credit. Still, wasn't sure I got the tickets. Saw your disclaimer about you not having the tickets but when you get them up to the day of the show, you'll send them to me so that I can be fully prepared to travel with my family at a moments notice. Don't send me another update that you don't have the tickets, yet, or worse, ask me how my experience was if I still don't know yet if I can fully rely on this means. I should have went to Wolftrap website. Live and learn but spread the word

This is the 2nd request to confirm the tickets were bought, still haven't received the tickets with seat #s. Never have I bought tickets with a notice I'll be given my tickets at seat #s at a later date.

Ok, so it was my fault for going with a ticket resale site. I didn't take the time to click on the next link and I just wanted tickets. Service fees were kind of a surprise as I didn't see anything on the checkout page until too late, AND all sales are final. That's on me. But, even if these are resale tickets, and they are digital tickets, why do I have to wait until THE DAY BEFORE THE SHOW to get my tickets? What happens if I DON'T get the tickets? It seems a little too late at that point. So, I won't know for another month whether there is a problem with my order or not, and then if there is, who knows how to get resolution. Call customer service? How does that hepp? Get a refund? Sorry—all sales are final. I can't recommend this service to anyone if tickets are available by any other platform. Sorry!

Your site was misleading. I thought I was purchasing tickets and would receive them immediately - like StubHub. Please cancel my purchase.
I would like confirmation that I would receive the tickets well in advance. Not two days before. The reason for this is that we will have to book accomodation etc and plan ahead. Fork the reviews I have learnt that many people never receoved their tickets in the past, and those type of arrangements cannot be made last minute
