I received an email to accept my tickets with a separate email which I never received. I called and spoke with Rose who was awesome! Took them a day to get me my tickets but she did her job and she was very professional.

I spoke to a representative last Friday and explained that the tickets seats in my email notification don't match the seats in my digital printout. I need confirmation of:
1- which seats are accurate 2- that there will be no issues with seats the day of the event The representative I spoke to said she'd reach out to the seller and get back to me. Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
