It was very difficult to print the tickets and the emails were confusing. Didn't know if a digital or printed copy was required to get in the gate. And it wasn't clear up front that they were resellers of someone else's ticket so I could make an informed decision. I also wasn't sure whether I was getting an electronic ticket or it would be mailed based on conflicting info in the emails. Given a preference, I would not do this again.

Still unsure as to why I have not received my tickets. Also unsure as to why my friend who bought tickets paid half the price I did and has already received their ticket. Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
