Pretty easy process. My only complaint is that I don't know the seat assignments ahead of time.

It was very difficult to print the tickets and the emails were confusing. Didn't know if a digital or printed copy was required to get in the gate. And it wasn't clear up front that they were resellers of someone else's ticket so I could make an informed decision. I also wasn't sure whether I was getting an electronic ticket or it would be mailed based on conflicting info in the emails. Given a preference, I would not do this again.

I'm not sure how, but I missed the added fees of $50/ticket before purchasing. Had I known, I would have gone for cheaper seats. I also didn't realize you don't receive tickets immediately upon purchase.

Purchased tickets and received confirmations email. Then received an email asking if I received the confirmation email which led me to this satisfaction survey. Still unsure as to why I have not received my tickets. Also unsure as to why my friend who bought tickets paid half the price I did and has already received their ticket. So far a very strange ticket process.
I haven't received the tickets yet. I hope this will allow me to get into the concert.
