Not well. I had trouble finishing the order for parking ticket. And the site does not show exact location and real scenario im choosing for a parking spot expecially for a first timer. I had to call in to complete transaction. When i get to Metlife it turns out i could have paid there at a cheaper price.
It does not give exact direction on the map for tickets on paeking lot.
I was able to get my concert ticket through this site. They gave clear and specific directions to obtain. The emails can quickly, just be sure to do what they say. After I followed the directions my ticket was in my Ticketmaster app and I got into the show without any issues. Thank you.

I am pleased with the speed of confirmation, but I don't understand why I won't get my ticket until the day before the show. I like being assured by having my tickets on my phone.

This was just supposed to be an email confirming I got the confirmation email confirming my purchase I already confirmed. I don't understand this mandatory survey.
I'm very displeased because I did not realize that TicketsOnSale was not the official ticket vendor for the venue Wolf Trap. I was looking for a good seat layout and must have been misdirected to your site. I was in no way willing to pay $470 for 2 tickets that should have cost me $140 total + maybe some admin fees. Before I received the confirmation e-mail, my browser was showing the transaction was being processed. It never finished, but the confirm e-mail came through and the tickets. I didn't realize until I saw the e-mail that I was being charged nearly 3x the ticket price, I am asking separately for a refund of some of the costs. I'm assuming the tickets are valid, which unfortunately my friend and I won't find out until the date of the concert, July 31,2025.
