I ordered two tickets - PLUS the insurance thinking I could cancel at any time for any reason (that's what insurance is supposed to be for!)
Within 10 minutes I realized I ordered the tickets in error and tried to cancel! Called them immediately and they said - NO! I was out over $170! I will never use this company again. Customer Service HORRIBLE!
So far, so good. The event isn't until October 19,2025 so check back with me then to see if the ticket handover and check-in experience went just as smoothly.

I was able to navigate the website easily and purchase tickets without any difficulty. The transfer process was also straightforward to follow, with clear follow-up emails that were sent directly to my email.
At the moment I am not impressed with the service. Upon receiving confirmation that I a, supposedly successful in purchasing my tickets, I have been advised that I will not receive the tickets until the day before the event. I do not recall purchasing tickets from other venues and only receiving the tickets the day before the event. Honestly it has me concerned and I am going to follow up to ensure I hav e not been scammed. I will be contacting customer service.

They disguise their website to look like the Starlight website and after you discover you're not on the official website, there are no refunds. They overcharged me when I checked the official website.
