This is a US site

I was using ticketmaster.ca and when I searched for tix it took me to this site. Not knowing I was paying in USD... the ticket price was the same as it would have been in Canadian dollars however, I had to pay 40% more!

The ordering process went well and I did receive two confirmation emails. The second email stated that my Tickets were now available, however, it's been 4-days now and I still do not see my Tickets within the MLB Ballpark App? Hoping they will populate within the next week or I may need to contact the Ticketsonsale Cust service team.

I had great difficulty getting any kind of confirmation on a timely basis that my purchase was actually accepted, and then being able to access the web ticket via mlb.com on my phone. It took over 9 hours, trying intermittently, to finally get it. Since I was visiting family, it was a great distraction to have to spend so much time and effort completing what should have been less that a 5 minute transaction.

Okay, but a bit confusing

They send you a confirmation e-mail, but then send you another e-mail stating that they want you to click on a link confirming that you received a confirmation e-mail which takes you to this satisfaction survey. Still haven't received my tickets yet.

After two days of head thumping on my own(I know I followed the directions carefully) The MBL access was worthless, so don't direct a download to that app! I found the text assistant link in an email. I had a lovely, helpful assistant, who walked me through the process. For spring training access go directly to the field you're going to be at. From that site and your order number you can access everything including putting it in your Wallet. I can't be the only person going to Spring Training that found this painful.

Would actually prefer to be able to have physical tickets. Nicer to give them to others then trying to transfer as there is always issues in anything we have purchased and then tried to transfer some of the tickets for others that couldn't do it online. Plus on this one it said the tickets might not come until the date of the venue, and that I don't like, I want them ahead of time

Twice the price

After purchases tickets I found that Ticketmaster has way better seats for less than half the price. I tried to cancel purchase but could not find a way to do so. I tried to find help doing so a the help option was zero help and could not find a way to chat now with customer service. Will be sticking to ticketmasters website from now on.

Why US funds. Venue is in Canada.

I was directed to your site and did not realize that I wasn't dealing with the Massey Hall box office. Prices were listed at a lower price than I paid because they were in US funds and I had to pay 30% more. I am unhappy to be buying tickets from an American company for a Canadian venue. I found this very misleading. Also the seats were described as 'Great' and now i see there will be a limited view. I am very unhappy with my whole experience using your site. I truly hope that there will be no problems at the door using my e-tickets. This is a special occasion and i have very limited funds as a retiree.

Confusing

I thought I was buying original tickets but not sure if these are secondary market. It says I may not get my tickets until like the day before. I don't want to book travel if there is a chance my tickets fall through. Super confusing.
