Bought tickets for september on juine 12th. Got confirmation but says I will have tickets in september. Not good enough!

The selection and purchase of tickets was easy. However, I expected to receive tickets at time of purchase. My credit card has been charged. Only then did I get an email that said I will get tickets by date of the event. This leaves me frustrated and insecure. If I've been charged, I would like my tickets at time of purchase.
This process is not user friendly for anyone over 60 or those that don't use a cell phone for much other than making calls. Why can't an email be sent to make it possible to print the passes? I had to have my 12 year old friend download into the wallet on my phone! I'm 77. These tickets are a gift. Now the recipient will have to take my phone to the concert to be able to get in.

I assumed I was ordering my tickets through the NAC or Ticketmaster. I'm not sure what company I ordered my tickets through but apparently they showed me American pricing without my knowing. It wasn't until I received the tickets and everything went through that I noticed the price went up due to conversion to Canadian dollars.
