Easy, no hassle way to purchase baseball tickets. They take you through the whole process of available tickets, then where the seats are available in the stadium. All I had to do was choose.
Waiting until the last day to receive tickets isn't pleasant.
Wish my email had come in much sooner with the link for my tickets. I purchased them shortly before I went to the lot. Also the ticket ended up being more expensive through your company than if I had just purchased on site.
While I eventually received my 4th ticket the entire communication process was a terrible experience. Not only did it take multiple attempts, it also never verified what the initial problem was. Eventually I was sent an email telling me how to claim my tickets. I had already done so, my issue was that I had only received 3 tickets, not 4 that I purchased. So finally on my last email I went to the app and sure enough I finally had the 4th ticket in the app that I purchased. While happy the issue was resolved the entire matter was ignored with no explanation.
