Overall, the experience was fine. Search is easy and plenty of tickets to chose from. Overall, the re-sell prices were not too high however the "service fees" which added over 30% to the ticket price were excessive. I understand you need to make a profit but a 30% uptick is not reasonable.

When we went to check in, they could not read the QR Code that was sent. Then had to go to box office and said tickets were not in my name. After much negotiation, they finally printed two tickets for us but said if anyone else shows up, we would have to leave. Travelled all the way from CT to NYC for this event and was almost sent home!

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
