I can get into view my purchase. The phone number on purchase is a land line I need to change phone number or be able to print tickets please.
I wasn't aware you had to confirm your purchase after you gave your credit card information and as a result was sent an email saying there was a problem with your purchase. Anyway a little of an inconvenience and I still don't show having my tickets. Ticket purchasing should be easier than this. Not sure I will go this route again.
To get the tickets I never received an email, I was able to get them through the MiLB website but it took several attempts. I thought I was purchasing tickets directly through the team website and never would have spent almost 3 times the ticket value when seats were still available. Very deceiving.
Inadvertently purchased seats for disabled persons. Needed to cancel.
Tickets require a third party app to utilize. Saving tickets in the app is not intuitive. Printing paper tickets is not an option. Saving to Apple wallet is not an option.
Too complicated. You send 2 factor authorization message to email account from which one is trying to accept tickets. Doesn't work.

I placed my order and contacted you within 2 minutes of completing the purchase to say I changed my mind. My experience is everyone has a grace period to cancel and get a refund. I never heard back from anyone. Impossible and I'll never use or recommend this ripoff site again.
