On top of the parking being expensive, it had almost $30 of fees making the parking spot close to $100. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't do anything.

I explained that I highlighted the wrong day and they said sorry we cannot swap your tickets for the 23rd. No refund. Best I can do is tell you how to sell them. This is 2 weeks before the game. We were buying tickets for my sons 16th birthday but had to sell the tickets and take a $150 lose. The 23rd had the exact same seats. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM.

I went to the help link in the app and just asked how to get parking pass and it was super simple and really easy.
I received an email offering an additional 10% of the cost of ticket purchase if I returned to the site and purchased the ticket. I did and the additional 10% off was not applied. I opened a chat with one of their agents and forwarded the email received by the company offering the 10% off. The agent couldn't resolve the issue that day, but the following day I was informed the discount would be applied and my account credited.
