I went to the help link in the app and just asked how to get parking pass and it was super simple and really easy.
I received an email offering an additional 10% of the cost of ticket purchase if I returned to the site and purchased the ticket. I did and the additional 10% off was not applied. I opened a chat with one of their agents and forwarded the email received by the company offering the 10% off. The agent couldn't resolve the issue that day, but the following day I was informed the discount would be applied and my account credited.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
