Very bad dont have my ticket yet cant be refund poor service its the last time

I felt the prices of the seats were very expensive, according to the view that we received. The rodeo personnel ended up by moving us to better seats that were not taken, but that was not a reflection of tickets on sale, but of the venue. It turned out to be a good thing.

I cant rate my experience because i dont have any info on if I actually bought tickets, moneys been taken out of my account but as far as if im actually goin to the venue i dont know. So i have to wait until a couple days before the show, thats the dumbest thing ever. I cant even plan a hotel

I could not get an answer as to why there were no special pricing for seniors and or Veterans.

Everyone always thanking veterans for their service. It's only lip service because the money is more important than the actual little it would take to give a veteran a break.

Purchased months ago in which The company took my money, but never delivered the tickets. I've called many times and have never received anything but false promises. Therefore, now you can take it up with my credit card company.

Was able to get a much sought after pair of great tickets/seats at Massey Hall in Toronto to see a very popular and talented guitarist. Only complaint was the face value of each ticket was $75 USD x two tickets = $150 USD but the total cost to me was $585 CAD or about $420 USD which included a $37 surcharge for insurance (presumably to ensure I didn't have to pay anything if the ticket deal did not go through). If cost is not a big deal to you, then I would highly recommend the TicketOnSale proposition!

There was no indication that the tickets were in US dollars. And the final cost was $300 Canadian dollars way over priced

I was told I would receive my order the day before the event. That did not happen. I didn't receive the tickets until the day of, less then 4 hours before the event started. I do not recommend this site nor will I buy from them again.

I paid for five tickets which were extremely expensive and I am being told I won't receive the tickets until a day or two before the concert. This does not make sense to me and makes me feel quite anxious. Usually when you pay for something, you get something in return, not just someone's word that you will eventually get your tickets in five to six months.

TicketsOnSale was three times as expensive as TicketMaster even though you get the same tickets. It's a scam and their no refund policy made for a poor and frustrating experience.

Never received my tickets. Was on a chat for more than an hour and I still haven't received my tickets.

I can't review this site fully, because I still haven't received my tickets after purchasing them in the beginning of April, and it's now June…I'm giving a 1 star review because I have contacted customer service twice, and have still not heard anything back.

I purchased a Blue Jays ticket with tickets on sale and the rink with the barcode they sent me didn't work at the gate at all. Their customer service put me on hold more than 20 mins to figure that out, but I had to give up the ticket as the game was already starting, so I ended up purchasing $70 ticket at the stadium booths to get in. They of course never called me back or do anything. Very disappointed… wasted $50…

I am being asked for a review without even having received my tickets for my event which is in 2 days. I have had to email multiple times to find out the status and when the delivery date passed they changed the delivery date saying it was a vending issue and if I didn't receive my tickets to reach out TO THEM the day before my event. I will never use this service again. Not sure I will even be able to go to my event since I still don't have my tickets and running out of time to purchase tickets from a reputable ticket seller.

We thought you were a legitimate ticket vendor when we tried to buy tickets to a Christian Worship leader's performance. We had no idea that this is a scam, and that you jacked up the price 400% for tickets you don't even have yet! We managed to buy actual tickets later from the REAL vendor and you won't refund us.

SCAM- timed out and then ended up getting wrong tickets and would not cancel. Called immediately to try to speak to someone to cancel and got no one to pick up. After 30 minutes went to the chat and had the worst customer service experience and would not let me cancel. On top of that I still don't have access to my tickets. Disputed with bank and will be getting my money back as I STILL DONT HAVE THE WRONG TICKETS THEY WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL.
