I received my tickets quickly.

I'm very disappointed as I paid 2x more ($80 per ticket) for the tickets than if I had bought them in the website ($36 per ticket). Never doing that again!

It was easy and reasonably priced compared to others.

Unfortunately when looking for tickets to an event, all but one of the top 10 searches are ticket scalping websites, such as TicketsOnSale. It's illegal to stand out in front of a venue selling tickets for more than face value, but because it's on the internet shady sites like this can freely operate. Tip: There's typically one site that is contracted to sell the tickets for a given event. Check the artists/performers website to see which company the tickets are being sold through and purchase directly from them. It should keep you from paying 2 to 10 times the face value of any given ticket.

The tickets I purchased, were never sent to my email address, I had to purchase more tickets once I got to the venue. The tickets were way over priced! Scam

We were buying a parking pass. Your site said there was an error processing the transaction, so we tried again. The second attempt worked. We ended up getting billed twice. We immediately (less than five minutes of the transaction) called the company, who would only say "all sales are final!" That doesn't really work if it was YOUR error! Highly do NOT recommend doing business with this place!

Have to buy 3 more tickets at the gate. No refund received for the tickets not working. Nothing more to say.

2 tickets for $102 each cost me a total of $277 with no breakdown or warning of the additional fees. That is crap!

I ordered tickets for a St. Paul Saints game this coming June 9th. Little did I realize that after buying the four tickets THERE WAS ALSO A 38% "SERVICE CHARGE" AND "EMAIL DELIVERY CHARGE!" The four tickets were $132.00 and these rip off fees were $43.24 service charge and $6.95 Email delivery charge for a total of $50.19, or 38%! As of today, June 4th, I still have not been sent the tickets.

Never do business with TicketsOnSale.

I made an error and they refused to cancel my sale 10 minutes later

Advertised and charged as a premium spot and when we got to the lot everyone paid $28 to park and park anywhere. I was told to pick a spot and was directed to the top floor. I spent an additional $37 and got ripped off. This site is nothing but a rip off. Buyer be ware!

Lies - as everything goes through ticketmaster
400 hundred emails and no idea which one gives me the pdf for the tickets

It was just bad the rep could not resolve my ticket issue kept placing me on hold in the end told me I had to contact Ticketmaster

The parking place was listed at around $80 dollars. When I checked out the price had gone to $141.

1. The email that I received is different than the site I booked so I thought it was spam or scam.
2. Paper tickets should be an option.

Not allowed to resell when bought for trip to Canada. Plans changed but could not resell as I didn't have a Canadian bank account.
This didn't appear to be a problem when purchasing!

Had to get a refund because the tickets they sent me weren't real. Absolute horrible customer service
