I purchased tickets on Nov 15 and an email stated I would not receive them electronically until a few days before the event which is a month away. I'm not a fan of this feature with all the fraudulent tickets out there. It leaves me unsure and a bit stressed. Time will tell.

The proccess was quick & easy. As an "older" person I would have liked to get my ticket before the day I will use it, but I understand their reluctance in releasing it before I will need it. I have a handicap plaquard & hope there will be handicap spaces available. No information was available for me to inquire.
The service is convenient, however, there is a bit of anxiety knowing the tickets will only be available a day in advance. This doesn't give much time to resolve any unexpected issues such as possibly not receiving the tickets.
