Purchased tickets to a Celtic Christmas show at BergenPac. We are fussy about seats so I was willing to pay a bit more for first row lower mezzanine. According to the site, we would get our tickets anytime up until a day before the show and we actually received them the day after we purchased them. They are now in my Ticketmaster account and we are all set. Very good experience.
No big deal though I do feel relieved when I finally get the actual tickets.
