Good communication. I like the opportunity to choose the tickets that I'd like. Sometimes going to this venue, makes it difficult to acquire tickets in a timely manner, making concerning to ensure that tickets have been purchased. In all, though, all tickets purchased in the past have been valid and easily usable at the venues. We look forward to our upcoming concert and have had no difficulty accessing previous tickets.

I tried paying with PayPal, it took too long and at the end it didn't let me. It said I was approved to make monthly payments but that I couldn't pay at that moment. Then I got an email that I would get 10% off, which I did at the very end when I called customer service.

It was pretty straightforward. No issues I don't really have anything else to say other than it's annoying to sort of be forced to provide more than 50 words to no longer receive these emails.
