I received an email confirmation of my ticket purchase but the tickets themselves won't be available until April 10 (3 days before the show)? I don't understand how you can sell the tickets but not have them available to me when I purchase them. It feels scammy that I just dropped $500 and have nothing to show for it. Also you've emailed me twice asking if I got a confirmation email as if there is a third party involved that you don't entirely trust.

Finding seats was very easy and fast. Once we were able.to see the seats available it made it much easier to visualize the seats location.
I would like to have confirmation of my ticket order. When I try to review the order or contact customer service from the email, the links don't work.
Purchased two tickets and the QR code only worked for one, so ended up having to pay for the exit ticket twice.
The fees are half as much as the tickets, so it's like paying for a third person when you get two tickets. It's pretty much a rip-off. Next time I'll just go get them at the Saenger box office and take a friend.
