The purchase of tickets was straightforward but the repeated "confirmation" emails afterwards that just direct me to this survey were annoying. Filling out this review to hopefully cease the emails.
The tickets were expensive for the production we're going to see. Also, there aren't seat numbers only General Admission and row. Normally there are always seat numbers that can be chosen.

My experience was good. I had my son help me as I am a senior. I had him run off the tickets for me so hopefully I am all set to go and enjoy the show on January 2nd with my granddaughter.
Good so far lets see if I get the tickets in August. Looking forward to the concert.
