It was fast and easy. The web site is easy to navigate and the prices are good.
I purchased tickets, got a confirmation email by then immediately got a discount code asking me to check out. So I asked the live chat people if I could use it and they said ya and to send a screenshot but then the chat closed. So I replied to the confirmation email but got a bounceback saying the inbox isn't monitored so I have up. At least I have my tickets I guess.

I'm giving 1 star because I placed an order, money was taken out of my account. I'm forced to fill out a Survey half way through the process ( Not the end), or I can't move forward to get my eticket. Fee totals were not disclosed prior to purchase. Amount seems Excessive!
Since this is halfway through the process, I can't tell you how it ends. I won't be using this site again.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
