Right I was purchasing through the venue as I was on their page. Turns out tickets purchased through a third party. Within seconds or realizing what I did i tried to cancel and I was not allowed.

I was able to buy and receive my e-tickets easily enough, it was just concerning, because I've never been asked to go through a third-party before. Being online skeptical ALWAYS, I was leery to trust the company that contacted me. I wish that Clowes or Ticketmaster had their credentials in the emails, as well. This would have put me more at ease. And of course, I have to take it on faith that the tickets will work, since I don't have a "physical" ticket. Sorry, I'm old-school. I've used the texted/email tickets before, but I'm always crossing my fingers that things will go smoothly when I get to the venue.

Customer service called me after I completed my purchase and told me that the seller rejected my purchase. They then proceeded to find me better seats at the same price

Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
