As a new customer, the ticket purchase went well. I have not received tickets as of yet, but I suspect I will as promised near the event schedule.
Had to get the "code" 3 different times. Received notice that I had accepted the tickets but the tickets don't show up in my app. TheHelp Center tells me it "might" be a venue policy and thet the tickets are mine already and will show up the day before the event. What a terrible system! All it does is create unnecessary stress on the buyer. Either sent the tickets or notify the seller of a SPECIFIC date whe the tickets can be downloaded into the buyer's app. Shame on you!
Not being provided specific seats upon completing order is frustrating. AND leaving for the venue before even having tickets, in hand, was nerve wracking. Tickets should be provided MUCH sooner, not 2 hrs prior to event.
