As a new customer, the ticket purchase went well. I have not received tickets as of yet, but I suspect I will as promised near the event schedule.
Had to get the "code" 3 different times. Received notice that I had accepted the tickets but the tickets don't show up in my app. TheHelp Center tells me it "might" be a venue policy and thet the tickets are mine already and will show up the day before the event. What a terrible system! All it does is create unnecessary stress on the buyer. Either sent the tickets or notify the seller of a SPECIFIC date whe the tickets can be downloaded into the buyer's app. Shame on you!

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
