I have to pay for delivery when delivery consists of me picking the tickets up on the night. So many extra charges so that a ticket that is supposed to cost x amount ends up costing 33% more for nothing.

The tickets I purchased took a little while to appear in my account. They did show up a couple of hours before my event. I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to work, I would prefer to see them a little sooner. It all worked out and I was able to attend the show for which I'd bought the tickets.
