I thought I was reserving a parking place in a garage for venue. After arriving, I found out it was a public parking garage and I was simply lucky to find a parking space. And for this, I paid an absurd fee.
I was on hold for 45 minutes for the first rep tell me that the people who I was waiting for wasn't open yet. But she transferred me to someone who helped me and changed my ticket and made my experience flawless
