Between fees and "shipping fees, which is all electronic, the tickets are almost $70 more than what admission is. That's ridiculous.
Purchased a parking ticket for an event scheduled for the next day. Received three emails stating the purchase was being received, processed and then approved. The approval email stated I would receive another email with instruction on how to get my parking ticket. Never received that email. After 2 online chats and a phone call on the day of the event, customer service couldn't understand why I didn't receive the ticket, and resubmitted the request through the owner. Because time was getting short before the event, I requested to cancel the purchase, as I found another way to get a ticket, that was immediately sent to me. Roughly two hours before the game started, I received a call that the ticket was in and AXS app, and I had to create an account to retrieve it. Ultimately, I did get the ticket, and tried to resell it, unsuccessfully.
Mostly good. Bought tickets I the mezzanine. Was surprised and upset when the tickets sent said "partial view". Nowhere while picking my tickets off your site was this mentioned. When I clicked on your "contact us" button, nothing happened.
