After purchasing 2 ticket it said to make another selection, those tickets no longer available. After checking out my 2nd choice I found that I was charged for my first and 2nd choices. I am still waiting to resolve the issue. I am going thru my credit card company because Tickets on Sale said they could not help me.
It was user friendly, however I was expecting the e-tickets to show up immediately, not at a later date prior to the concert.
