I had a very easy time viewing the available seating. I got the seats that I wanted, and my confirmation email/tickets were received quickly. I felt the site was secure to use.

When asked to confirm my email, I was unable to get the confirmation number with exiting the confirmation email
It has worked so far for tickets but I don't like that you don't get your tickets sent until the day before the event, although some will send it earlier which is ideal. I wish that the deadline to get the tickets would be right away or a week before the event So if anything happens we have time to contact customer service.
