I have used ticket resale apps many times before. This is the worst. I always received my tickets within 3 days of order and they would show on my Ticketmaster app for easy access on the day of the event. I have nothing. Also, it said all in pricing then they hit the fees. I bought tix for Thomas Rhett on this site and Kieth Urban tix on Ticketmaster. Your tickets were $8 cheaper per ticket and yet the total was $28 higher after your fees. My daughter signed in under PNC Art Center and thought she was on Live Nation or never would have used this service. Very Disappointed
I felt like I was misdirected to this tickets on sale site when I tried everything I could to stay on the correct site to order tickets. Later, I found out that that was Ticketmaster. These tickets eventually made their way to the Ticketmaster site, where Iretrieved them. But it was almost 3 times as much to get tickets on TicketsOnSale as it would have been if I would've ordered them through Ticketmaster.

It's said $42 dollars for tickets and then by the end after tax and reseller fees came out to $89.
There were no issues but being badgered to submit a review is problematic.
As much as I hate Ticketmaster, I should have just gone through them. It would have been the same experience. I don't like that you have a countdown timer while trying to figure out where to sit for these expensive tickets to an arena I've never been to.
