I purchased two concert tickets and assumed there would be taxes & fees. The amount of extra charges was not divulged until after the sale was final. It was $100 over the actual ticket price, and no breakdown was ever provided of what the extra amount consisted of. I emailed immediately requesting an explanation & got no response. I accepted the tickets, but was disappointed with what seemed to be deceptive price-gouging.

I left and tried again, and again it sat there not loading. I tried the website, and the site wouldn't load me passed the main screen. My wife tried the website on her phone and made it through. We picked tickets out, put in our card info, and proceeded go checkout. Instead, the site reloaded and erased all the info we typed in. Suddenly the tickets are even more expensive. We go through the process again, and it happens again. Now the tickets are even MORE expensive. We had to keep this cycle up until it finally worked and gave us our tickets.
Not happy with the experience of your app AND your site, not happy that I was screwed over even though I'd been waiting in queue for a while beforehand, and I'm not happy I spent nearly $700 (with outrageous extra fees) to get balcony tickets.

This is a 3rd party scam company. You may or may not receive your tickets and you won't know until the day before the event. Impossible to cancel and get a refund. Impossible to speak with someone in the U.S. or someone that can help resolve an issue.

Why is there no option for electronic tickets?
Why don't you say how much you are charge to add insurance on tickets? I just got a separate credit card charge for $20 extra. It felt very shady, especially since the the service and delivery charges almost double the cost of the tickets. I cancelled the insurance.
Process was quite easy and completed quickly with payment options
It was easy and fast. There was an issue with my ticket but the issue was resolved right away and the operator on the phone was so nice.
I deleted emails and accidentally deleted my confirmation email. I couldn't figure out how to find the tickets and because the tickets were purchased a few weeks ago but didn't appear in my inbox until two days before the show we had already re-purchased more tickets, because I had people coming from out of town for the show. All the sudden I had too many tickets. My fault., but would not have happened if I could have seen an access to my tickets in my AXS account sooner. I couldn't remember where I had purchased the tickets from therefore could not contact or here's a novel idea how about someone answer a phone instead of automated crap that didn't address my questions.
My two tickets were $376 and the service charge was $156. On the order summary page a FAQ is "Can I cancel my order?" The answer is no.
Spent 200$ on 2 tickets that they refuse to send until the day of the concert, which i now fully expect not to attend cause im pretty sure they just stole my money. Once i contacted them they tried to tell me i can sell my tickets online before the show, which i would do IF I HAD MY TICKETS.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
