I was puzzled that I didn't receive actual tickets but must get them at will call. I ordered in plenty of time so am somewhat inconvenienced by having to plan time to pick up. I am bringing a friend who loves the show but has Parkinson's and standing is difficult for him. I will have to find a place for him to sit while I get the tickets
